Lee-Ann Choy, Principal
Prior to opening Pacific Rim Concepts, Lee-Ann was on the opening team of the Hawaii Convention Center managing the Events Department. She has over 25+ years of experience in the travel industry including conference management at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. She is experienced in registration systems, trade show set up, meeting and production arrangements. The portfolio of clients include the Hawaii Conservation Alliance, National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, Hawaii Academy of Family Physicians, Hawaii Congress of Planning Officials, Environmental Protection Agency Region 9, Pacific Islands Office and many more. Lee-Ann is a graduate of the University of Hawaii and currently serves on the university Advisory Board for the School of Travel Industry Management and is a lecturer at the school.
C. Haunani Maunu-Hendrix, Associate
Haunani has been immersed in a career in travel for over 35+ years, passionate about connecting the community with the hospitality industry and island culture. She has extensive experience with hotel sales and marketing, as Director for various Hawaii properties. She has held key executive management positions with destination management companies operating groups, meetings and citywide conventions. In her career, she has taught at the University Of Hawaii School Of Travel Industry Management, and has designed custom itineraries for the National Park Conservation Association, and the Smithsonian Institute. She is an executive board member with Aloha Festivals and member of the UH-Kapiolani Community College School of Travel Industry Management Advisory Board
Jane Ordenstein Kim, Account Executive
Jane has been working with Pacific Rim Concepts for the past sixteen years in various capacities, currently serving as an account executive, assisting with financial management and managing the portfolio of repeat clientele. She is versed in all areas of meeting and event planning, operations and logistical details. Additional responsibilities include managing IT details and staffing to ensure exemplary customer service. Jane has a degree in Business Management from Hawaii Pacific University.
